This thought-provoking 90-minute small group session gives attendees an overview of the scientific foundations for Creighton and discusses its efficacy to achieve or avoid a pregnancy, as well as its unique approach to monitoring reproductive health. It also allows women and couples to envision how they would use the Creighton Model on a day-to-do basis. If you will be using the Creighton Model as a couple, it is highly recommended that you attend the session together, if possible. If after attending this session you are interested in signing up for individualized follow-up sessions, you can do so at the end of the presentation.
