Tekin III will leave the dock at 5pm and any ticket holders who are not aboard will not be provided a refund.Covid-19 disclaimerBy purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you must comply with all restrictions and current health orders imposed by the NSW Government including the vaccine mandate. If you are deemed not to be adhering to the restrictions or health orders, the promoter and the venue reserve the right to remove you from the cruise at any time or refuse you entry, in this instance no refund will be given.If restrictions are relaxed or tightened, and more or less tickets are issued or released, this will not affect your current booking. Your ticket will still be valid at the same rate as you initially purchased it and you will not be given the option for a refund.In the event of further COVID-19 restrictions being placed on events that deem it not possible for the cruise to take place, ticket holders will be offered a credit for another cruise on another date at the Promoters discretion. This will only be made available if the event cannot go ahead or with further restrictions being imposed. Guests travelling from overseas or interstate understand that there may be border restrictions imposed and acknowledge that the Promoter is not liable for the guests quarantine.
