Pop-up Sauna Sessions Dinton Pastures

You can book a 25min session which gives you access to both the sauna and cold plunge pools during that time. And we'll be on hand to guide you through the process.

If you are struggling to cope with the heat, feel stressed out, have a hard time sleeping, have aching muscles, want to boost your overall mental and physical wellbeing then this is for you. Sauna and Cold Plunge therapy helps to release your happy hormones and leaves you feeling relax and rejuvenate.

All you need to bring is swimwear, 2x towels, a water bottle, flip-flops and a change of clothes for afterwards.
