Ash Wednesday Worship

Following Lent Kickoff, our Ash Wednesday worship service will begin at 7p in the Sanctuary. This contemplative service invites disciples of Jesus and members of the wider community to pause, reflect, and be reminded of our deep need for God’s forgiveness and grace.

Through Scripture, confession and absolution, sermon, the imposition of ashes, and the celebration of the Lord’s Supper, we will mark the beginning of the Lenten journey toward Easter.

Ash Wednesday is a sacred opportunity to remember our humanity, receive Christ’s mercy, and set our hearts on repentance and renewal. All ages are welcome as we gather for this heartfelt and reverent start to the season of Lent.
