Summer Snacks with Marshall Health

Hydration is so important in hot weather, but plain water can be, well, plain. On July 23 at 2:00pm, Marshall Health pediatric dietician Rachel will be at the Main Library to provide a short lesson about hydration along with a some hacks and samples of how to "rethink your drink" using fizzy bubbles, fun flavors, and seasonal fruit.
