We're not a gym. We're a wellness studio led by KerryAnn, an occupational therapist, who designs every program around how your body actually moves. 

Our specialties include:
🌿 Bungee Fitness — low-impact, high-joy, full-body workouts 🌿 Aerial Yoga — strength, flexibility, and the magic of feeling weightless 🌿 Pelvic Floor Wellness — OT-informed movement for every body 🌿 Occupational Therapy services
