Winter Solstice Sound Bath with Katie and Lora

Celebrate the return of light! Immerse yourself in the vibrations of the singing bowls, gongs and chimes sweeping away the dark! Recharge the light within you with meditation and sound. Special guest, Laura Wheeler Roeser will join me in playing and singing bowls, chimes and gongs. Bring a yoga mat to recline or use one of the chairs provided to allow yourself to sink into a meditative state as harmonizing tones weave around and through you. Followed by "light" refreshments.
