Peaceful Poses

Peaceful Poses, Wed. Mar. 4, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Join us for a gentle practice designed for those 50 and up. We'll start with some breathing exercises to still the mind and slowly move into light stretching while mostly seated, ending the practice with a nature-based visualization. All abilities welcome and encouraged! Folding chairs provided - bring a towel or mat if available Ages 50+. Registration required. Limit 15. Osborn MetroPark, Roger Johnson Nature Center, Atrium, 3910 Perkins Ave., Huron.
