Maple Sugaring Day

Maple Sugaring Day, Sat. Mar.14, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Join Erie MetroParks and learn all about the art of maple sugaring. Learn about the tapping process, the history of maple syrup production and how to identify maple trees. After the tour enjoy some fresh maple syrup, during a hot pancake breakfast. Registration required. Limit 30 per time slot, 6 time slots available. Osborn MetroPark, Roger Johnson Nature Center, 3910 Perkins Ave., Huron.
