Join us for a Women's Retreat day created to uplift, encourage, and empower Women. EmpowerHer is a community-driven event designed to support, inspire & uplift women through movement, wellness, connection and confidence. This event brings together local businesses and leaders who believe in investing in women's physical, mental and emotional well being. Our Keynote Speaker is Liz Carlson. The tickets for the event are $40.00 which includes your morning beverage, lunch and end the day social hour with beverages/hors d'oeuvres.
