- **Event Description**: Sign up for our Holiday Porch Pot Class #2! We are LIMITING CLASS SIZES, so get your registration in early! These will be in person/on-site classes at the store.
Here's the supply list you will need to bring:
1. Outdoor container left over from this summer with soil still inside. Can be ceramic, plastic, clay, any type will work. Make sure to bring into a warm area and thaw them out for a few days before bringing them to class. If you bring an empty container, we've got fillers for those. Don't empty the container and bring new soil to fill, if it is already ready empty, just bring it that way, we'll have filler for you to use.
We've got containers if you don't have anything you want to use. Should be at least a 14” pot for the best results, larger sizes are great!
2. A Pair of Gloves-we'll be working with fresh greenery and it can get sticky with sap.
3. A Hand Pruners for cutting branches
4. We'll have hundreds of items/ribbon available to put in your arrangement but you can also clean out your closet and bring along ribbon, ornaments, pine cones, candles, lanterns, etc or anything else you would like to use in the arrangement.
Basic cost for the class is $10.00 and must be prepaid to hold your spot. Greenery, containers and decorative supplies are extra.
Previous costs for the class ranged from $40-$150 for supplies depending on the size of your container. Larger containers will be more.
Please keep in mind that most of these arrangements get quite large so be prepared with the appropriate vehicles to take your creations home.
