Toddler Time starts September 16th!!!
Toddler Time is held on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Toddler Time is a class designed for children 18 months of age – 3 years old to attend with a grown-up. (Children need to be turning 3 after December 1st of the current school year. Those turning 3 prior to December 1st would qualify for our 3 year old drop-off class. You would be welcome to bring your infant/younger sibling along (if applicable) without charge until they are old enough to participate. Toddler Time is a great way to have your Toddlers play/socialize with others close in age while giving parents/grandparents/babysitters a chance to get to know other grown ups in a similar situation to themselves.
Our class is short – just the hour – but full. The children come in and play for a few minutes until all or most families have arrived. We then gather for a welcome song and short story. Not all children can sit for this time, but they work towards it. Then the children are dismissed to play in the class. We offer a craft that is teacher lead, but the child does it with their grown up’s help. This is not a requirement. Most children do the craft, but not all. Some do some weeks and not others. Some children run right over to do the craft every time. Each child does this their own way. The last few minutes of class they all clean up and come back to the carpet to sing a good-bye song.
We limit each class to 12 students, on a first come first served basis. The class does fill fast, but we often have cancellations. I keep a spreadsheet with the waitlist and contact families with openings as soon as I am able. If you are unable to get into a class because it is full, please email Mrs. Cotter at

If you are on the list, but can no longer make the class, please email Mrs. Cotter, call the school, or message Mrs. Cotter by 8:00 AM on that class day. Mrs. Cotter will help move your payment to another day so you do not lose it and then be able to open the spot to someone else. ***If you do not cancel by 8:00 AM you will forfeit your fee.
The cost for this class is $10. We follow the Kingston City School District and are closed from mid/end of June until September. We will use the Class DoJo app to communicate about closings or changes in schedule. You can also use it to message Mrs. Cotter. (Mrs. Cotter will help you to sign up for Class DoJo. We will no longer be using the Remind App.)
