Once cool enough, the pot of steaming herbs will be placed under the yoni seat. You'll sit on the seat and allow the steam to enter your womb.As the group settles into the steaming process, Shaleesa Bynum of will begin a guided meditation and soothing quartz crystal sound bath to softly complement the gentle herbal steam.
