Wigilia 2025

Wigilia 2023 (Polish Christmas Eve meal) will be held on Wednesday, 10 December, 6:30 to 9:30 PM, at the Church of The Good Shepherd at the northwest corner of Chaney Thompson and Hobbs Roads in southeast Huntsville. The event will be held in the large Parish Hall up the steps at the south end of the church complex.

We will begin eating at 7:00 after the blessing of the food. This is intended to be a low-budget family affair to allow Poloniahsv to take part in a cherished Polish Christmas Eve tradition and to introduce the tradition to those who have never experienced it. There is no cost for this affair, but you are asked to bring a dish and a drink for a sit-down, buffet-style Wigilia (Christmas Eve) meal. No RSVP is required. Your children are welcome. Santa will be there. Bring gifts for your children wrapped with their names on them. Bring them in plain bags and we will get them to Santa.
