I am excited to announce the 2nd Annual Soulful Events Expo – HSV. This expo is designed to expose the community to a plethora of multi-cultural premier vendors who desire to provide service for “social events” of various cultures. The upcoming expo is scheduled for Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the Huntsville Marriott – Space and Rocket Center from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. The Expo will include a fashion show running from 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
As a participating vendor, the cost of a single booth (8’x 8’) is $250.00 or $450.00 for a double booth (8’x16’). A $50 deposit is required to reserve each booth. Booths reserved before November 1, 2019, will receive a $50.00 discount off booth fee. All booth fee balances must be fully paid by January 31, 2020. After which, all payments will be forfeited and booths will be released to the waiting list. Booths are categorized in by the following services: Authors, Barbers, Cakes/Desserts, Licensed Caterers, Designers/Decorators, DJ/Lighting, Fashion, Insurance, Jewelry, Photography, Event planners, Real estate, Travel, Venues, Products, and Miscellaneous. Participation will be limited* to 5 vendors per category. All booths are reserved on a first come basis. (*Vendor limits may be adjusted based on space availability.)
