In this creative, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make and infuse your own syrups with herbs, spices, and fruits, then use them to build layered non-alcoholic drinks that dazzle.

Led by The Orion’s F&B team, this Dry January experience is all about flavor without compromise. You’ll explore how thoughtful ingredients and intentional technique can turn a simple syrup into the star of the show, proving that the best beverages don’t always need spirits to shine.

Tickets include two mocktails, infused simple syrup tastings, light bites and a take-home recipe card. Leave with fresh inspiration and a renewed appreciation for mindful mixing.
