Join us for another Holistic Workshop with Mamas on Missions - we are moms on missions - whatever that looks like for any mom. And here's the best part, your little ones are invited to join too!!

This exclusive event is your opportunity to connect with like-minded moms to hear a MOM member speak about Mindful Moments.

In this uplifting and practical session, Mindful Moments introduces busy moms to quick and effective “microbursts” of mindfulness they can weave into even the most hectic day. Learn simple breathing techniques, calming visualizations, and gentle stretches designed to ground and re-center you in just minutes. Whether you're between errands, during nap time, or in the carpool line, these accessible tools will help you find calm, clarity, and presence—no long meditation sessions required. Perfect for moms who crave more mindfulness but don’t have a moment to spare.

This is the second year of M.O.M events and we will share more information about our M.O.M community. Every event has brought us new people, so we welcome you to join us if it is your first time!
