Our 2026 event is  scheduled for July 17th and we are proud to host again on the Sam Houston State University Campus in the LSC Orange Ballroom. Our Presenting Sponsor in 2025, Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, will be back again in 2026!

We are in the process of securing commitments for all sponsorships now. If you are interested in getting your business highlighted at this premier event, contact us now.

Table sales timeline:
January 1, 2026 – Upgraded (Santa’s Favorite and Reindeer) tables go on sale! These tables are open to anyone. Payment must be received by 3/31/2026.

Starting April 1, Elf Tables go on sale ONLY to 2025 table buyers.* Tables will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis according to availability. Payment must be received in order for us to hold tables.

May 1, any remaining tables will be available to the general public.*

*We are honored that guests are excited to attend our event each year. We are unfortunately limited in our seating capacity and we acknowledge it can be challenging to get a table at our event. What a great challenge for a non-profit organization to face! We cannot guarantee availability of tables to anyone except 2025 table buyers who purchase upgraded tables prior to April 1, 2026.
