Hamilton Young farmers and Waingaro Pony club horse trek 

Fundraiser for Waingaro Pony Club & Hamilton Young Farmers Club 

2 loops available:
1- Easy going farm loop, hill country but good farm tracks. This loop will take roughly 2 hours.
2- A more up close scenic coastal track up some long ridges, through some deep gullies and across a couple of creek crossings and pops out on the end of the beautiful beach! This has more steep tracks ( however you can get a side by side right the way around). This one requires a competent rider and fairly fit horse. This track is roughly 14km long and will take about 3 or so hours.
** Both loops will end with a delicious lunch,  cold beverage and a self guided beach play! 


Date: Saturday 4 April
Briefing- please be tacked up and ready for an unmounted briefing at 11.15
Ride Out: 11.30am (to suit tide times)
Please ensure youre ready to ride out on time
Location: Cattle yards at the end of Neilson Road, Te Akau
Cost: $100 per rider
Includes: Lunch and afternoon tea provided


Conditions of Entry:
*No stallions
*Helmets required
*No dogs
Riders under 18 to be accompanied by an adult
Camping available for those travelling from a distance.
