Would you like to bake bread with others, and take home a tin loaf of bread? 
Together with Coldwells Farm we are establishing a co-operative group of bakers who will meet monthly to bake bread for the members of the group. By sharing ingredients, working together to make the bread, and baking in bulk, our aim is to make delicious bread at an affordable price using locally produced flour for members of the group.
We are using flour from Coldwells Farm  - a local, organically produced wholemeal flour, with other Scottish produced flours and will be making tin loaves of bread.
At this meeting, we will bake bread for the group, and while it’s rising we will discuss more about how we'd like to develop this co-operative group. As it's early days, we're still working out the details!
