Flat fast bike course on well maintained country roads around Huntington

Run at Lake Clare and on paved trails across Huntington - again using the newer section of trail open near the Huntington YMCA and Parkview Huntington.  The Olympic run will do 1 out and back lap through town and the Half Iron will do 2 laps on the paved trails.
