Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop designed to help you master café-quality coffee at home. Whether you’re just starting your coffee journey or looking to refine your daily brew, this class will equip you with the skills, confidence, and knowledge you need to elevate every cup.

Your Instructor:

The class will be led by the Master Barista and Founder of Hill Tree Roastery, guiding you from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM with practical demonstrations and expert insights.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to brew a pour-over and the differences among manual brewing devices

• Water fundamentals: temperature, purification, and TDS

• What espresso actually is and how extraction works

• Types of espresso machines (pros, cons, and what fits your lifestyle)

• Single-origin coffee basics and flavor exploration

• Grind size and how it affects taste, extraction, and brew style
