Family & Friends Park Yoga is less about perfect poses and more about creating space to slow down, breathe deeply, move your body, and enjoy meaningful time together in the beauty of the outdoors.

Whether you come with your children, grandchildren, spouse, best friend, neighbor, or simply come on your own, you'll be welcomed into a relaxed and encouraging environment where everyone belongs.

Each gathering offers gentle movement, mindful breathing, moments of laughter, and opportunities to reconnect with yourself, your community, and the natural world around you.

No previous yoga experience is necessary, and every practice includes options and modifications to honor your own body, comfort level, and season of life.
