Event Follow up Meeting

This is the meeting opportunity for everyone to come and voice constructive criticism.

Many were told that the event was cancelled and did not show up but we made it happen.

We have received comments calling the event awful this year because we didn't have horses or cannons but the point the complaints are missing is we did our best and those are a ton of children who were there running in the battlefield and enjoying their opportunity to help recreate history and perform for the community.

Constructive criticism is specific, actionable feedback provided to help someone improve, focusing on both strengths and areas for development in a positive and supportive manner. It differs from destructive criticism by being solution-oriented, offering concrete suggestions and clear examples rather than just pointing out flaws. Effective constructive criticism is often delivered privately and includes a two-way conversation to ensure understanding and address questions.
