You know how to hold it all together for everyone else. On the outside, you look “fine.” On the inside, your nervous system is doing overtime: racing thoughts, tight chest, tension you can’t seem to shake, constant overthinking, maybe a sense that you’ve lost touch with yourself.
You don’t need more generic advice.
You need practical tools, nervous system education that actually makes sense, and a supportive space where you don’t have to be the strong one all the time.
Disconnect to Connect is a 12-week holistic anxiety program for high-achieving, over-giving women who are ready to stop white-knuckling it alone and start relating to their anxiety in a new way.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll learn to:
• Understand your nervous system and why you react the way you do
• Build real-world regulation tools you can use in 5 minutes or less
• Soften constant self-criticism and perfectionism
• Strengthen boundaries and self-trust
• Feel more connected to your body, your needs, and your values
• Experience support, validation, and co-regulation with women who get it
You’ll receive:
• 6 in-person therapeutic group sessions (90 minutes each)
• 5 individual Zoom check-ins (30 minutes each)
• A curated 12-week nervous system curriculum
• Somatic tools + grounding practices
• Worksheets & reflections
• A personalized regulation card deck you build over the program
