On Sunday, Pastor Chris called for a special offering to help those impacted by the historic flooding in Central and Eastern Indiana and EUM has RESPONDED!! We have far exceeded our initial goal of 20 Cleaning Kits and we are ready to start packing!

On Monday, Pastor Chris received word that churches in the effected areas are already requesting Cleaning Kits to help their neighbors in the cleanup process, so we know the need is great and we now need to move quickly to help our neighbors to the south.  

So, join us on Saturday, August 22 at 9:30am in the Fellowship Hall at EUM as we partner with our friends from Pilcher's Chapel UMC to put together approximately 50 (!) UMCOR Cleaning Kits to help with the flood clean up! We will have a small breakfast of pancakes, breakfast meat, fruit and (of course) unlimited coffee to give us the fuel to do the work!

Many hands will make for light work, so the more helpers we have, the greater (and quicker) the impact will be!

No need to RSVP. Just show up at 9:30am ready to get to work. 

This is an important moment to stand in solidarity with our neighbors and be the hands and feet of Jesus in impactful and immediate ways.
