- **Event Description**: 2026 means it's time for the TSAA Biennial again, taking place at the Huntington Museum of Art!  We had a very competitive event in 2024 with only 60 works accepted of nearly 200 entries and we are looking forward to another great year to showcase artists of the tri-state area!  You do not need to be a member of TSAA to enter this event.

Eligibility

Open to all artists 18 years and older residing in West Virginia, Kentucky or Ohio!  Original works only, completed since 2024.  Work must be suitably wired and framed for hanging, except for free standing pieces, and dimensions must not exceed 3 feet by 4 feet.  All works must be hand delivered, no exceptions.

Paintings, drawings, photography, ceramics, sculpture, digital art, glass, wood, fiber/textiles.

Timeline 

Art work receiving in Studio 2 behind the Huntington Museum of Art: March 7th from 11-3pm, March 8th from 1-3pm.
Jurying date - March 9th
Exhibition run - March 21 to June 21st in the Switzer gallery at the Huntington Museum of Art.
Opening reception - March 22nd, 2-4pm
Non-selected work pickup - March 22nd, 4-5pm at the Museum
Selected art pickup - June 22, 10-12pm and 1-5pm

Entry Information

$40 for non-members of TSAA and $30 for TSAA members.  Each artist may enter up to 2 works of art.

Prizes

Best of show - $400; First place - $300; 2nd place - $200; 3rd place - $100.  Plus purchases awards, honorable mentions and more.

Sales

TSAA will retain a commission of 20% with the rest going to the artists.  Works not for sale must be labeled NFS.
