- **Event Description**: Battle of the Books is back at Gallaher Village Library this summer! Children are divided into two teams, those going into grades 3-5 and 6-8. Teams meet weekly to discuss assigned books and practice trivia questions in preparation for the big interlibrary tournament on July 28th or 29th. 

In an effort to make meeting easier than ever, Gallaher Library will be incorporating family dinners into our meetings which take place every Monday at 4:30p through June and July. Dinners are free to participants and their families and will include classics such as tacos or hamburgers on the grill.

Children interested in participating should attend a meeting within the first week or two (June 9th or 16th) but we recognize vacation schedules may require some work arounds. Please talk to a librarian for more details!
