Open to artists from Huntington and surrounding counties, this exhibition offers an opportunity to exhibit work, compete for cash prizes, connect with fellow creatives, and gain community exposure. 

Join us for the Opening Reception on September 4, 2026, from 6–8 p.m. at 32 E. Franklin Street, Huntington, IN, where award winners, including Best in Show, will be announced.

We invite all regional artists to submit their original work for this exhibition! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure, connect with the local arts community, and compete for cash prizes. Whether your medium is 2D, 3D, photography, or textile-we want to see your creativity shine.

Winners will be announced at the Opening Reception on September 4, 6–8 p.m.
We’re excited to showcase original work by regional artists in four categories:

1. 2D: Painting, drawing, printmaking, 2D mixed media, collage, etc.

2. Photography & Graphic Design

3. 3D: Sculpture, ceramics, wood, metal, mixed media 

4. Textiles, weaving, jewelry, etc.

Important Dates:

Entry Deadline: August 15, 2026

Art drop-off: August 22, 2026


Prizes:
Cash prizes of $75–$150 will be awarded for First, Second, and 3rd place in each category.

Best in Show: One of the four First Place winners will be selected as the overall Best in Show winner and will receive an additional $100 prize. The Best in Show winner will receive a total of $250 ($150 First Place prize + $100 Best in Show award).

IMPORTANT:
Artists must be 18 years old to enter. 
All artwork must be labeled on the back/bottom with artist name, title of work, medium, and price if for sale
All artwork must be original to the artist 
Artwork previously entered in the Regional Art Show will not be accepted
Art should be ready to hang 
The size should not exceed 36" x 48" Free standing artwork can not exceed 36" on at least one side
No late entries will be accepted
Artwork may not be withdrawn from the show early 
Artwork entered must have been completed within the last 3 years 
Entries not suitable for display may be rejected 
The LAC will retain a 30% commission for any work sold during the Regional Art Show
All artwork must be dropped off and picked up during scheduled times.
