Realtor CE Power Day: From Value to Closing

Spend Friday, December 5th with appraisal, lending, and title experts for a focused Realtor CE Day at Consumer Direct Title Agency’s Melville training center. NYSORE, CrossCountry Mortgage, and Patricia Oliva are teaming up to walk you through how homes are valued, how today’s loan programs really work, and what it actually takes to move a transaction from accepted offer to a confident closing.

The morning begins with “Appraisals / How Values Are Determined”, followed by “How to Finance Your Purchase Using FHA, VA & Conforming Loans.” You’ll hear directly from lending professionals about value, guidelines, and how to better prepare your buyers and sellers so there are fewer surprises along the way.

The day continues with “Navigating Tips from Accepted Offer to Close,” a 2.0-hour CE panel led by Patricia Oliva. This session connects the dots between agents, lenders, attorneys, and title so you can protect your clients, reduce last-minute issues, and keep deals on track. Lunch will be served during the panel, with a wine tasting to follow.
