A whole 90 minutes of hot, sweaty fitness ZUMBA® FUN, easy to follow routines (no, you don't have to learn any steps or memorise sequences, and no you don't need any co-ordination or previous experience!!). Full of calorie burning, toning, cardio pumping and sweating - not to mention laughing, singing and whooping. 😃  

A mix of great Latin music and international rhythms, plus chart and party tunes - really easy to follow routines and an awesome fun, friendly party atmosphere. Come and give it a try!! In a fantastic fitness party venue - dance floor throughout (no carpet!!), air con 🌬️, stage, disco lights 🪩, integrated music system, chilled water free on tap 🚰, large free car park 🆓️🚗🅿️:
