Yoga Flow + Sound Healing

Please join us for our magical monthly wellness session where we offer a beautiful combination of gentle fluid yoga followed by a relaxing sound healing session with Lauren B. This is an experience that takes you form movement to stillness, clearing the stagnation and getting out all the kinks so you can simply lay and receive. We finish with a cup of herbal tea and the opportunity to journal and connect and it feels like a big old hug. So please, join us as we welcome in the colder, darker nights and join in community to honor our nervous systems and uncover universal love.
