Practice the 34 original Pilates exercises properly with Pilates Liz.
Feel lengthened, strength muscles, stretch out tight hamstrings, unbind and unwind tired, aching muscles. Realign your spine, refresh, feel invigorated and relaxed.
Movements match the Pilates breathing technique, which is focused and controlled, accentuating what the body does naturally to breathe. Stomach muscles contract as you exhale and relax as you inhale. Controlling the SQUEEZE as you practice the movements for each exercise, enhances and builds the core. Your stomach muscles strengthen, which supports the back. Back muscles strengthen which realigns the spine.
Thighs firm, which supports the knees and the glutes tone and strengthen, all helping support the back, which takes the loading away from the back.
Balance both body and mind with spirit.
FULL, INTERMEDIATE & LOW versions are always offered to practice with any necessary adaptions with guidance and support as always.
