🧘🏻‍♀️Saturday Session - Stretch & Relax Special!

Join me for this super Saturday session taking time out for you away for the hectic Christmas planning, focusing on deep stretching of the body's entire muscles followed by time carved out specifically for deep relaxation.

The focus is on stretching out the back and legs with specific Pilates exercises. Joints and ligaments will be gently lengthened so that you will melt into the mat. We’ll unwind tight muscles, releasing tension and lengthen out the back with relaxed Pilates.

You’ll feel totally refreshed and very relaxed with warm, massaged muscles.

They’ll be time for deeper relaxation and stillness, practising Box Breathing with Lavender infused weighted eye pillows. 💜
