We don’t make enough space for grief, often preferring to tidy it away as quickly as possible. But grief is something we will all experience in our lives, and talking about it can lighten the load.
Join me for a gentle stroll around a local nature reserve, for a chance to begin those conversations we should all be having and to join a supportive community.
