Training in the weeks leading up to She Tris will get you strength and endurance but there are other aspects of biking to consider before the big day. Light snacks to be provided. Clinic will take place indoors at Trek Huntersville.

We’ll cover:
Overall bike maintenance including cleaning your bike and chain
Bike fit and helmet placement
Tire repair
Reseating a dropped chain
Adjusting brakes
Shifting gears
Hydration and nutrition
