A camp for a healthy mind & body! This camp will include a nutrition portition in the morning, including education on food choices, foods that benefit the mind, and even a smoothie party! Children will need to pack a lunch. After lunch the yoga portion will begin, and include mindfulness, journaling, and yoga poses. Games, crafts, and all around fun included!
