- **Event Description**: Solutions BHS is very excited to announce our new educational series: Understanding Grief. Grief is our natural response to losing someone or something significant in our lives. Whatever loss we have suffered, it is important to know that there is no right or wrong way to grieve. Grief is a deeply personal and complex journey, one that can become overwhelming at times. Recognizing its effects is essential for maintaining our well-being while we adapt to our new reality. Learning more about our grief can help transform an overwhelming experience into a more manageable process. Our series is designed to promote healing and foster growth. Together we will sit and take a look at the grief process, different grief responses, coping strategies and when & how to find additional support.

Please join us on Tuesday evenings 5:30-6:45 PM starting March 10th! Whether you would like to attend the entire 4 week series, or stop in one week for a specific topic please use the contact information in the flyer below to RSVP. This series will benefit counselors and individuals from the community alike - all are welcome! Light refreshments and handouts will be provided.
