Legend has it that, well over a century ago, citizens of western Bohemia grew so dissatisfied with their beer they dumped it in the streets. So a new style evolved, in the city of Pilsen, combining the soft local water with pale malts and earthy Saaz hops. And the Bohemians were pleased. Our pilsner adheres closely to that original style. ’Cause we dig happy Bohemians. Thousand Smiles 4.4% ABV.
A golden ale to lift your spirits. Light bodied and slightly malt forward, with superior taste and a clean finish. Because nothing beats a great smile.
Jade IPA 7.4% ABV.
Jade. Exotic jewel of the orient. Now a gem of an IPA. Bold, citrusy Pacific Jade hops lend striking tropical fruit notes and a hint of peppery finish to this easy-drinking ale. Dry hop additions of Chinook and Citra add heady aroma and bold flavor. A special beer to charm the hop lover in you. Go ahead. Get Jaded.
Sexual Chocolate 9.6% ABV.
A cocoa-infused Russian Imperial Stout, brewed with responsibly-sourced organic Peruvian cocoa nibs.
Big chocolate aroma with notes of espresso, blackstrap molasses, dark sweet toffee and dark fruit. Medalist at both Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup.
