Rob is a certified Psychedelic Coaching Practitioner through Third WavePlease arrive 15 minutes early to check in and find the group. We will begin by meeting outside the Quest Nature Center parking lot before setting off on a mindful 3-mile journey.We’ll begin our hike promptly at 6pm to honor everyone’s time.The first half of our hike will be in noble silence, inviting you to go within and attune to the natural rythms of nature. At our halfway point, we’ll pause to co-create an altar . You’re welcome to bring small altar items or gather trinkets along the trail. After we are all feeling complete on the alter, we will open the circle for a psychedelic integration.This sacred space invites you to reflect, share, and connect in a supportive community. Together, we’ll explore insights, process experiences, and ground into clarity and wholeness.From there, we’ll continue together in opening up from nobal silence into conversation, making our way to a stunning sunset vista.
