Sound bath Sunday!
Every unique sound bath primarily uses crystal singing bowls. Each event also incorporates brief coaching, Koshi and Zaphir chimes, various drums, rattles, and other sound healing instruments to induce a deep state of relaxation. The sound and vibrations produced during a sound healing reduce stress, pain, inflammation, mental blocks, and body tension. Sound healing also stimulates circulation, improves immune function, restores balance, and aids in achieving a high meditative state.

Energy medicine has a cumulative effect, so when you treat yourself to regular sessions, better health and well-being are natural outcomes.

The location is in Concord, near WR Odell Primary School. It is held at a private residence, so the exact address is not given until after sign-up.. Please bring anything you need to be comfortable on a carpeted floor (yoga mat, blanket, pillow).
