We will gather in the cave, in the energy of a Waxing Crescent Moon, a sliver of illumination beginning to grow, as we enter and immerse in the energies of transformation. Resting IN, allowing a dismemberment of what you believe you are, as we relax into the Becoming. Softening IN to the dreaming, the possibilities, the mysterious unknown. Spiraling into Stillness. A whisper INside each of us guiding, a natural knowing, an alchemical process beckoning.
Metamorphosis.
Reorganizing. Reshuffling. Revolutionizing.
Going quiet in the dark. Wiggling around in your constructed sacred space as the change beckons. Deep in the Earth, wrapped up in your blankets, trusting a process you know is opening your greatest flight patterns. Feeling your body pulse, tingle, vibrate as the energies quicken. Hovering in the excitement of expansion.
As an extra delight, I will be joined by my Priestess Sister Jennifer Rabenstein, also well versed in the conversation of vibrations and moving energy, creating a multi layered sound experience! We will work as a Sacred Team, inviting participants to surrender and feeeeeel the sounds as they travel as unique encounters. We will energetically move through the depths and passages of the cave, and our Being, rippling invitations to surrender to the sprouting of our wings.
Feel the vibrations~ inspired by the circular motion of the sound of high quality glass and metal bowls, rattles, bells, chimes, voice tones and hand drum beats, collectively known as a "sound immersion". Feel the taps on the gong as the vibrations ripple into you...and further into the Universe. (You-in-Verse...) Become fully present. No thoughts. No where to go. Nothing to do. Simply noticing the sensations of energy. Noticing the choice to allow the Evolution that your energetic system is craving.
Experience a Shamanic Pranayama session, deep in the Earth, breathing an intense sequenced rhythm designed to stir up your energetic operating system. Allow your emotions to have a voice, perhaps your tears to have a release (real ease).
Rest in your woven silken threads, inspect your protective layers, noticing you are safe, in the Cocoon of surrender as the lights go out, listening deeply to the drips and subtle sounds of complete and utter darkness, finally exhaling...yielding, releasing the holding on to what WAS, moving forward into what IS.

Sitting or laying in the Cave's constant 52 degrees, which will feel so lovely in the chilly winter evening, we will merge and become the Sacred Space. No separation. Dissolve and disappear into the sounds, the silence, the darkness, the expansiveness.
Hearing the echo of the sound vibrations bouncing and dancing through the caverns, the drips of the water and perhaps, listening closely, the constant pulse of the Earth.
Ascend from the depths into the cold Winter Solstice night air, with a knowing of a group journey, like nothing encountered before. Gaze into the skies and breathe with the slice of Crescent Moon, and perhaps watch for shooting stars, with all chakras wide open, deeply grounded and present, feeling full of your Self, your newly formed wings gently tingling.
