Friday, December 19th 10 am - Solfeggio Meditation Solfeggio frequencies purify our energy fields and help to recalibrate our physical, emotional and mental states for strength and wellbeing. During this meditation we listen to seven beautiful tracks embedded with solfeggio tones while sitting, standing, laying, dancing, moving, writing, or drawing as we feel so moved. This is a great way to get back into your body and reset yourself. We begin with intention and wrap up with a brief share in circle. It can be a powerful experience, 90 minutes or thereabouts, depending on number of people. $20 advance, $25 day of. 2 pm - Shifting Shape Did you know that geometric shapes have power and that we can tap that power to get more clear about ourselves, where we are, where we're coming from and where we're headed? We work with the circle, the square, the triangle, cross and spiral in this workshop, learning from our own interactions with them and the interactions of others. New moons and the winter solstice have a lot in common, as they are moments of darkness where we end one cycle and reboot to begin another. This year the new moon is on Friday and the Solstice on Sunday, making them both that much more relevant. We will say good bye and thank you the cycles ending and whatever we are ready to release with them. Then we welcome the new cycle with fresh intentions and ideas for what we'd like to attract and create in the year ahead. There is also time for visiting.
