This non sanctioned competition will test your strength in Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.  

9:00 am     Check in
9:30 am     Warm ups 
10:00 am   Lifting begins

Registration opens to members on February 16th and to nonmembers on February 23rd.

Registration fee is $20.  All fees will be matched and donated to the Humboldt High School Powerlifting Program.

Top 3 DOTS Scores will place. DOTS measures strength relative to body weight, allowing comparison across weight classes. 

This is limited to 15 participants.  Be sure to register early!
