- **Event Name**: 4th Annual Murph Challenge

- **Event Description**: Join us for our 4th Annual Murph Challenge this Memorial Day.

1 mile run followed by 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 air squats, then finish with another 1 mile run.

*Wear a weighted vest to simulate a ruck if desired*

All money raised will be matched by Humboldt Fitness and donated to Allen County Veterans. Last year we donated over $750!

This challenge will test you physically and mentally. You can modify it as needed.
-Can't do pullups? Use bands to assist, do jumping pullups or
inverted rows.
-Can't do push ups? Do wall push ups, incline push ups, or knee
push ups.
-Can't do a deep air squat? Go only half way or quarter way down.
-Can't run a mile? Walk, jog, or row any distance you want.
-Want to do this with a friend? Split the reps up as needed.

Heats will run every 30-40 minutes, depending on number of participants. We will be able to give out a better idea of what time you will be starting as the event gets closer.

This event will be held outside in the parking lot. Bring your cheering squad and lawn chairs!

'Murph' is named after Navy Seal Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.

Register by 5/11/26 for a guaranteed t-shirt and by 5/20 for a time slot.
