Join local landscape artist and printmaker John Dearing and learn the processes and techniques of Collagraph Printmaking, from designing and cutting your plate, to pulling your plate through a press. Before the session we will take a short stroll around Spurn to take in the unique and beautiful landscape for inspiration. You will then create your very own unique and personal A5 design to take away with you. You can also bring along your own reference materials (drawings or photographs) to work from.All materials will be provided.This workshop is suitable 18+ due to the tools we will be using.Coffee and tea will be provided and there will also be the opportunity to purchase a delicious slice of cake.Looking forward to printing with you all.Embrace your wild side - what to expect:What to bringYou are welcome to bring your own reference materials to work from (photographs or drawings)Toilets and cateringThere are toilets (including an accessible toilet).
