Spring Big Om Yoga Retreat 2026

Sequoyah State Park Group Camp is home to the 2026 Spring Big Om Yoga Retreat 🌿
This beautiful lakeside setting, less than an hour from Tulsa, offers the perfect space to unplug from everyday life and fully immerse yourself in a nourishing yoga retreat experience.

Lodging is included with your Spring Retreat registration. You’ll have a bed in one of our shared A-frame cabins, or you’re welcome to bring a tent and camp on site. Bathrooms and showers are available in a classic “summer camp”–style setup. Prefer a private room? You’re welcome to book separately at the park lodge by calling them directly.

The Spring Big Om Yoga Retreat centers on the themes of Creation and Rebirth. Over these two days, we’ll cultivate space for deep connection with ourselves, with one another, and with the energy of the season. We’re so grateful to grow alongside you in this intentional community of dedicated yogis.
