🏁 Event Format
Three combined classes
Barrels
Hairpin
Texas Barrels
Times from all three classes are combined for a 5D payout format
4-second splits between divisions
⏱️ Penalties
Hit barrel: +25 seconds
Broken pattern: +75 seconds
Broken timer: +75 seconds
Scratched class: +75 seconds
🐴 Horse & Rider Info
Times are specific to each horse/rider combination
You may ride multiple horses (each combo counts as a separate entry)
You’ll receive one draw number and keep it for all three runs

You may only enter one division:
Youth 10 & Under
Open
(Youth 10 & Under riders who compete in Open may not also run in Youth)

9 Riders or less: Top spot in each D wins cash + prize
10 or more Riders:
Top 2 spots in each D win cash + prize

Payout: 55/45 split
49 Riders or less:
Top 2 spots in each D win cash + prize
50+ Riders:
3rd place in each D wins cash only

🐎 Exhibition Rules
Not an open arena
If you purchase Unlimited, you may stay in the arena, but:
Wait at the fence line near the gate
Do not distract riders on pattern
Tack and horse changes must be done outside the arena
Warm-up is allowed in the English arena
🚨 Scratch Policy
No refunds unless the horse is visibly injured

Be ready when it's your turn
Horses must be walked out of the gate — no running
Jeans and boots required — no exceptions
No running horses in the parking lot
Holding area is for horses only
Be respectful to all riders and staff
Pick up your trash
No drugs or alcohol on the property
Do not approach the announcer during a run — wait for drag time
