The Blonde Coded Course is a high impact, hands on blonding experience designed to help stylists transform their skills, speed, and confidence behind the chair. Led by award-winning stylist, salon owner, content creator, and educator Crystal Perez (@crystalteach), this class breaks down advanced blonding into clear, accessible systems that any stylist can master.

This class focuses on teaching stylists how to create dimensional, high-brightness blondes faster, smarter, and with fewer foils, without sacrificing detail or quality. You’ll learn the exact placement strategies, timing techniques, and contrast building methods Crystal uses to cut hours off her services while increasing client satisfaction and revenue.

What you'll learn:

• Express blonding systems to increase lift, brightness, and speed with fewer foils
• Strategic placement using horizontal, vertical, and diagonal patterns
• Airtouch vs backcombing and how to combine both for seamless blends
• A repeatable blonding blueprint for consistent front-forward brightness
• Lightener ratios, saturation flow, and developer design for precision and speed
• Toner theory and formulation for modern blonde finishes
• Social media and AI tools for consultations, formulas, and content growth

Hands on- Doll head will be provided. ( you will need to bring a stand for the doll head)
