This experience supports emotional balance, energetic clearing, nervous system restoration, and renewed vitality. Like the earth stretching toward the warmth of summer, it invites you to receive more light, reconnect with your own inner radiance, and allow your energy to expand in a grounded and supported way.

What You’ll Experience

During this restorative journey, you will remain comfortably lying down while being held in a carefully curated healing environment. Your experience includes:

• Guided energetic and emotional clearing to release stagnant energy and invite heart-centered frequencies
• Optional flower essence offering, served in water
• Crystal bowl sound vibrations infused with Reiki energy
• Intuitive vocal tones and light code transmission
• Hands-on Reiki for those who consent
• A personalized Oracle message to take home

About the Flower Essence Offering

An optional flower essence blend will be offered in water during the session. This custom blend is intuitively created to support the collective themes emerging in June. Flower essences work subtly, helping release stored emotional patterns and supporting gentle energetic shifts. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Anastasia Papanikolaou, founder of One Cosmic Heart, is a dedicated healer, Certified Aromatherapist, teacher, and speaker with over 26 years of experience in holistic wellness. Her work is deeply intuitive and attuned to the emotional states of her clients, especially women, and she is committed to helping them feel free, fulfilled, and capable of achieving their deepest desires.

About Gina Cranford

Gina Cranford, founder of In Tune Mind and Body Reiki and Sound Healing, is a Gendai Reiki Master and Certified Bliss Bowls Sound Healing Practitioner. She infuses traditional Reiki energy sessions with healing vibrations from singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, which enhance and heighten the overall effect of her energy work. She also offers Sound Bath Meditation experiences in the local area.

Gina holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music education from The University of Connecticut, is a certified Music Together instructor, and has been teaching all ages for many years. Gina is known for her calming presence, and her sessions are incredibly relaxing and soothing. She connects with, invites, and shares other energies such as Tachyon, a group of Archangels, Lightning Energy, a Lemurian energetic healing modality, and light codes.
